Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:

A minimum of Middle School pass certificate is required.
2. Professional License & Experience:

A valid HTV (Heavy Transport Vehicle) or LTV (Light Transport Vehicle) license is mandatory.

Preferably, candidates should have 5 years of professional driving experience.
3. Age Limit:

For Civilians: The maximum age limit is 30 years.

For Ex-Servicemen: The maximum age limit is 48 years.

Important Note: A general age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the above-mentioned limits. No further requests for age relaxation will be considered.
Selection Process: Interview and Driving Test
The selection of candidates will be a two-stage process:

Registration Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Candidates must arrive within this window to register. Latecomers will not be entertained.

Venue: NADRA Regional Head Office AJ&K, Old Poultry Farm Road, Center Plate, Muzaffarabad.

Note: Only those candidates who successfully qualify in the initial interview will be shortlisted and called for the practical driving test.

Mandatory Requirements for Interview
Candidates must appear for the interview with the original documents listed below:

Personal Identification Documents (CNIC, Domicile)

Educational Certificates (Middle School degree)

Professional Documents, including the original valid HTV/LTV driving license.

Experience Certificates from previous employers (if available).

Government employees must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department.
Key Terms and Conditions
Prospective applicants are advised to carefully review the following terms:

District-Specific Recruitment: Applications are restricted to bona fide residents of the advertised district. A candidate can only apply for one location.

Probation Period: Selected candidates will undergo a mandatory probation period of six months. This period may be extended based on performance appraisal.

Medical and Character: Final appointment is contingent upon the submission of a medical fitness certificate and a character certificate from the local police.

Non-Transferable: The appointment is strictly for the specific location mentioned. Requests for post-appointment transfers will not be granted.

Strict Compliance: Electronic devices like mobile phones and smart watches are prohibited during the interview and test. Providing false information at any stage will lead to immediate disqualification.

No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for attending the interview or driving test.
