Position Title: Project Director

🎓 Educational Qualifications Required:

Candidates must possess one of the following degrees from an HEC-recognized university:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Master’s Degree

• MS or equivalent (Preferred)

Educational background in Project Management, Public Health, Health Policy, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related disciplines will be preferred.

💼 Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in managing development projects, preferably in the health sector

• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation

• Proven experience working with government organizations, donor agencies, or international development projects

• Excellent understanding of PC-I development, PPRA rules, and public sector procurement practices

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver results within tight deadlines

📝 Job Responsibilities:

As the Project Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing all components of the assigned health project

• Coordinating with stakeholders including federal/provincial health departments, donors, and implementing partners

• Supervising the project team, consultants, and support staff

• Ensuring timely execution of project activities and deliverables

• Managing project budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements

• Preparing and submitting progress reports to the Ministry and relevant authorities

• Ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with all government rules and regulations

📅 Contract Duration:

The position is contractual and tied to the duration of the project, which may be extended based on performance and project continuity. Terms will be finalized at the time of appointment.
