NAVTTC Free Courses November–December 2025 – Prime Minister Youth Programme

The National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) has announced free training courses under the Prime Minister Youth Programme for November–December 2025. This initiative was published on 30 November 2025 (Sunday) in Nawa-i-Waqt.

These courses aim to empower youth across Pakistan with technical, vocational, digital, and professional skills to enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and practical knowledge in high-demand sectors.

The program is completely free, covering a wide array of disciplines from industrial trades and technology to agriculture, finance, energy, and language skills.

The NAVTTC free courses are designed to:

Application Process
